HARASSMENT CLAIMS ARE PATENTLY FALSE

As a Purple Heart recipient who helped design, fly and lead the B-2 bomber program and a witness against Northrop Grumman when accountability demanded it. I understand responsibility, scrutiny and the courage it takes to stand behind your convictions.  For years, my brilliant wife, Marty, and I have closely watched Palmer Lake’s finances, asked hard questions and advocated for transparency. You deserve to know where your tax dollars go, who makes the decisions and whether those decisions serve the public.

Let me be unequivocal: the “gender-based” harassment claims against me are patently false. I believe these allegations are an attempt to smear my reputation and remove me from the Board because of my positions on development, fiscal transparency and accountability. At the June Town Hall that Trustee Jurka and I held, I discussed what I knew at the time. I will continue to address your questions directly.

Money, power and politics can bring out the worst in people. Our town deserves leaders who keep the public’s interests at the center of every decision—even when asking questions makes powerful people uncomfortable.

The doom-and-gloom predictions about Palmer Lake’s future are overblown. We have challenges, but we can and will fix them through honest accounting, responsible decisions and open government.

If you want fiscal accountability and transparency, you want me on that Board. Marty and I have spent years fighting for both, and I intend to keep doing that work.

Your town. Your tax dollars. Your right to answers.
